Huakaroro: Waxy, great for boiling. Has a buttery taste. Skin is cream with deep eyes. Flesh is cream. Maturity = approx. 120 days.

 

Waiporoporo: Great boiled, lovely tasting potato. Skin colour is purple with white flesh. Maturity = approx. 110 days.
